Before you sign up and download or use XylusThemes for your own purposes, please make sure you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms. By using XylusThemes and/or other products, we assume you’ve accepted the terms of use given below.

These terms of use apply to all XylusThemes memberships, which includes the theme memberships as well as the extension memberships. XylusThemes grants you a non-exclusive limited license to use products sold on the xylusthemes.com website in accordance with the following terms and conditions.

1. Memberships

All digital goods provided are released under the GNU Public License version 2.0. Go create something beautiful and share it with us.

This is a legal agreement between you (“Licensee”) and XylusThemes. This agreement applies to licenses issued via the world wide web and is applicable to the online delivery of licensed material.

Your purchased or use of the Licensed Material’s License implies that you have read and accepted these Licensing Terms and Conditions.

1.1 DEFINITIONS

“Licensed Material” means the WordPress Theme & Plug-ins. Any reference in this Agreement to the Licensed Material shall be to each individual item within the Licensed Material and also to the Licensed Material taken as a whole.

1.2. Demo Content

Re-use of any graphics, icons, or photos from the demo content for any purpose is strictly prohibited. The demo content is for demonstration purposes only.

1.3. License Ownership

XylusThemes holds the right to revoke membership and theme licenses immediately by providing a refund to the customer anytime in the future.

2. Product Delivery

As soon as your payment has been confirmed, XylusThemes will email your membership information within 24 hours. In case you have not received an email from us, please contact us at support@xylusinfo.com. We will resend your account information manually. As soon as you receive the email with your account information, you have immediate access to our member’s area.

Please use a valid email address. If you use PayPal e-check, your order will take several days to process. (Note: Your order can be pending for manual anti-fraud check-up from Paypal.)

You can cancel your subscription anytime from the member’s area on our website and/or from PayPal. Once the subscription is canceled you will not be able to update a plugin. You may keep using an existing version of the plugin.

3. Support

We provide technical support for XylusThemes products through our Help Desk system in the member’s area, NOT by email. Apart from what can be changed from a theme’s and plugin’s options and functions via the admin dashboard, we do NOT offer support for customizations to theme default coding or CSS. We provide paid customization services (subject to feasibility). Please submit your requests for customization on default coding or CSS by clicking here.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be given except in cases where the purchased product does not perform correctly on your hosting provider’s servers. Such server issues must be reported to us and that we are given reasonable time to attempt to provide a fix, where possible. Another exception is the license revoke mentioned under figure 1.3 of this document.

5. Privacy Policy

Any information submitted by the buyer will be used solely for the purpose of completing the transaction, delivering the product, informing about new product releases, and addressing any customer service issues.

6. Warranty

XylusThemes gives no warranty or guarantees for our themes and extensions in any manner. Browser compatibility should be tested by viewing the demonstration installations on the demo sites. Please ensure that your browser works with the theme. We do NOT guarantee that our products will work with all third-party extensions. Xylus themes are developed for and support whichever the latest WordPress version is at the time of purchase.

7. Terms & Conditions

XylusThemes reserves the right to change or modify current Terms Of Use at any time with no prior notice. Therefore, we encourage you to review changes to our privacy policy every time you visit this website. Further, XylusThemes reserves the right to modify or discontinue any portion of the membership. XylusThemes shall not be liable to you or any third party should XylusThemes exercise its right to modify, suspend, limit or discontinue any feature of the membership.
